Angela Johnson is a teacher, educational consultant, writer, and editor. She has over 15 years experience working with students from emergent learners through college. When she left the classroom she designed and presented curriculum for several educational publishers. It was in this role she fell in love with publishing and developing content for children. Before starting Sunday Dinner Publishing she worked as a Children’s Book Acquisition Editor; a role that allowed her to merge her love of stories and publishing.

Seth Rogers was born and raised in the Finger Lakes region of New York. After obtaining his bachelors degree at SUNY Cartland, he moved to New York City where he taught elementary school for 9 years. In 2015, he moved to Southern California and entered the world of educational publishing. Seth’s primary editorial interest has been developing literature for young readers. Seth brings his love of fantasy and sci-fi in all of its forms to Sunday Dinner Publishing.

Kara Michelle Liu was a teacher of 2nd and 3rd graders for nine years, including five years teaching in international schools in Hong Kong and China. For the last four years, she has been working at an educational publishing company, facilitating development of ebooks, videos, games, and other educational content. She has a Master’s in Reading Education and Technology in Education. Since the arrival of her baby, she has been inspired to write books for her daughter and capture moments spent together. She would like to encourage other parents to write books for their children as a way to provide authentic text, to instill a curiosity of the world around them, and a love of the written word.

Mark Y. Liu is a corporate attorney and partner at a law firm in Los Angeles, where he primarily counsels small and mid-sized businesses from the U.S. and Asia. In addition to twelve years practicing law in the U.S., he also practiced for three years in Hong Kong, and holds both a Juris Doctor and a B.S. in Business Administration. His love of reading began with "Superfudge" and continued with the works of Hemingway, Fitzgerald, Neruda and Ha Jin. He is an aspiring travel writer with a keen interest in further exploring different aspects of his Chinese heritage.
